Adaptech4Kids is a virtual equipment bank developed by these agencies working collaboratively to enhance services to children with disabilities and their families. Our goal is to combine our resources to make a variety of assistive and adaptive technology products available to families whose children receive our services. Direct service staff from participating agencies may use this site to show families pictures of equipment they are recommending, check out available equipment, or submit a request for purchase of equipment to be added to the site in the future.

Using the item number, you can complete our Equipment Request Form to request any piece of equipment or, if you are looking for something that is not available, you can use our Contact Us form to see if there are any plans to obtain the equipment you require.
